The Aquashine Iron Removal System is a high-performance water treatment solution designed to eliminate excess iron and manganese from borewell and groundwater sources. Raw Water Inlet
Iron-contaminated water from borewell or underground source enters the system and flows into the treatment unit.
Oxidation Stage
Dissolved ferrous iron (Fe²⁺) is converted into insoluble ferric iron (Fe³⁺) through aeration or chemical oxidation (if required).
This process makes iron particles easier to filter.
Filtration Through Specialized Media
Water passes through a filter bed containing manganese dioxide or other catalytic media.
The media traps oxidized iron and manganese particles.
Clear Water Outlet
Iron-free, clear water exits the system and is supplied for use.

Backwash Cycle
