Large Scale Water Treatment
The Aquashine Ultra Filtration (UF) System is a high-performance water treatment solution designed to remove suspended solids, bacteria, viruses, and colloidal impurities without altering the natural mineral content of water. Using advanced hollow fiber membrane technology, the system delivers crystal-clear and microbiologically safe water while operating at low pressure and energy consumption.
Engineered for commercial and industrial applications, the Aquashine UF System is ideal where high-quality filtration is required without significant TDS reduction — making it a perfect solution for pre-treatment, process water, and drinking water polishing.
Raw Water Inlet
Water from borewell, municipal, or surface source enters the system and flows toward the pre-filtration stage.
Pre-Filtration (Optional but Recommended)
A sediment or multi-grade filter removes larger suspended particles and turbidity.
Protects the UF membrane from clogging and extends membrane life.
Micron Cartridge Filter
Provides fine filtration (typically 5 micron) before water enters the UF module.
Ensures optimal protection and consistent membrane performance.
Ultra Filtration (UF) Membrane Stage
Water passes through hollow fiber membranes with pore sizes around 0.01 micron.
Bacteria, viruses, suspended solids, and colloids are retained, while clean water passes through.
Permeate (Filtered Water) Outlet
Crystal-clear, microbiologically safe water is collected and supplied for use.
Essential minerals remain intact as UF does not reduce TDS.
Backwash Cycle
At preset intervals, water flow is reversed to flush out trapped impurities.
Maintains membrane efficiency and prevents fouling.
Chemical Cleaning (Periodic Maintenance)
If required, chemical cleaning restores membrane performance.
Ensures long-term efficiency and durability of the system.
