Raw Water Feed Pump
Water from borewell or municipal supply enters the system and is directed to the pre-treatment section.
Multi-Grade Sand Filter (MGF)
Removes suspended impurities such as sand, silt, rust, and turbidity.
Protects downstream filters and improves water clarity.
Activated Carbon Filter (ACF)
Eliminates chlorine, bad Odor, colour, and organic contaminants.
Protects the RO membrane from chlorine damage.
Micron Cartridge Filter (5 Micron)
Provides fine filtration to remove tiny suspended particles.
Prevents membrane fouling and increases system life.
High-Pressure Pump
Boosts water pressure to the required level for RO membrane operation.
Ensures efficient separation of dissolved impurities.
Reverse Osmosis (RO) Membrane
The heart of the system.
Removes dissolved salts (TDS), heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, and harmful chemicals — achieving up to 95–98% rejection rate.
Post-Treatment (Optional Add-ons)
Depending on requirement:
- UV Sterilizer – Kills remaining microorganisms.
- TDS Controller – Adjusts output water TDS level if required.
- Permanent CIP Connections
